Once you see how much fun your pets can have while staying with us, you will understand what "Guilt Free Boarding" is all about!
Choose from three levels of service for your pet's stay at the Inn:
**Care level selected must be for entire duration of stay
Standard Care Daily Schedule
Standard Care guests are provided with the following daily services:
- Welcome biscuit on arrival (hypoallergenic treats available upon request!)
- Daily "room service" with individually prepared meals (your food or ours)
- Two potty breaks and two individual or small group playtimes in our outdoor yards per day. (Four outdoor breaks and playtime in total.)
- Suites with Kuranda Cots, plush bedding or anti-slip yoga mats for senior pets
- Free pre-departure bath for stays of 7 nights or over
Standard Care Services for Cats
All cats have a morning stretch period while their condo is completely cleaned and disinfected. Stays include a 20-minute playtime session in and around the condo area where activities include climbing on the floor to ceiling scratch post, chasing "mice" around the room, or just relaxing on a perch and watching the world go by!
Typical Daily Schedule
| 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM | Wake up call , Potty Break, Breakfast , Housekeeping |
| 9:00 AM – 2 PM | Outdoor individual or group play times. Optional Romp times, optional Busy Bones, Optional Kitty Brush out and snuggles. |
| 12 PM - 1 PM | Lunch and/or snack time |
| 2 PM – 6 PM | Afternoon playtimes. Optional Yappy Hour Frosty Treats, Optional Spa treatments (bath, nails, ear cleanings) |
| 6 PM – 7 PM | Dinner and/or snack time |
| 7 PM - 9PM | Evening Potty Break. Bedtime Biscuits in rooms, Optional bedtime tuck-in and cookie |
VIP Care
VIP Care guests will feel even more loved (and tired) at the end of each day! They will enjoy all of the Standard Care services listed above PLUS an additional Outdoor Romp and Bedtime Tuck-in with Biscuit.
Total daily value of these Optional Services is $10 if purchased separately

VIP Plus
VIP Plus is the ultimate in service and pampering for your pet!
Lucky dogs with Plus service service enjoy all the Standard and VIP services as well as an additional one on one Indoor Snuggle Play Time and either a Busy Bones Kong Puzzle or Frozen Treat.
Total daily value of these optional services is $19 if purchased separately.

À La Carte Optional Services
Customize your pet's stay at the Inn with your choice of individual optional services from our menu below. These can be scheduled on whatever days you prefer:
Dogs
Outdoor Romp Time
10 minutes additional (20 minutes total) one-on-one or small group mid day romp in our spacious outdoor play yards with balls and toys, summer swim included.
Indoor Snuggle / Play Time
10 minutes one-on-one or small group* indoor snuggle and playtime on the couch with one of our counselors with treat in the "Snuggle and Play Room"
Bedtime Tuck-in / Biscuit
5 minute tuck-in service, one-on-one cuddle, biscuit, and rub/brush in their suite
Busy Bones Kong Puzzle
Will help pass the time for those dogs who love to stay busy!
Frozen Treat
An all natural frozen smoothie. Delicious!
Pre-departure Bath
Free with stays of 7 days or longer by request, a refreshing suds and rinse that will send your dog home looking and smelling their best! Other pets priced by pet size.
Kennel Bath
Bath and brush out before going home priced by weight and coat condition
Nail Trim
Keep those nails looking great and at a comfortable length.
Ear Cleaning

Daycare
Why leave your dog alone at home all day? Let them join our Daycare play pals and other dogs for a romp and exercise filled day at Valley Inn for Pets!
All of our Daycare guests enjoy morning and afternoon extended small group play sessions in our spacious K9 Grass weather protected outdoor play yard.
They will have their choice of activities:
Ball chasing
Scrambling over our play yard structures
Seasonal swimming in our kiddie pools
Supervised small play groups with other temperament tested dogs
Rest time in one of our comfortable indoor facilities
With our play yard and kennel cameras, you can watch all of their antics from work (on your breaks of course).
At the end of a Valley Inn for Pets Daycare day, your dog is sure to come home tired and happy.

Drop-off and Pick-up anytime between 8am to 8pm seven days a week.
VIP Daycare Punch Cards
Offers discounted service and early drop-off time of 7am.
- 10 visit punch card - $297 (over 15% Savings)
- 20 visit punch card - $550 (over 20% Savings)
Spa Baths
Pamper your dog to a luxurious Spa Bath including whirlpool sudsing, blow dry with brush out, ear cleaning and nail trim. Available by appointment. Please call (413) 584-5252 for scheduling and price quote.
